Your name appearing on the successful list means you have been selected in the e-ballot. You must now complete BOP financial verification — including your guarantor check and ECIB clearance — before your bike is released for delivery.
If You Are on the Waiting List
Being on the waiting list means you were not selected initially but may receive a bike if verified applicants decline delivery or fail BOP checks. Keep your documents ready and monitor the official portal for updates.
If Your Name Is Not on Either List
If your name does not appear in any list, your application may still be under review, or you did not meet the eligibility criteria at the time of balloting. Check the official portal at bikes.punjab.gov.pk for your application status.

What to Do After Checking Your Result

Download Your List
Click the relevant PDF card above (match your bike type and gender). Search your CNIC number within the downloaded file using Ctrl+F.
Visit bikes.punjab.gov.pk and enter your CNIC to verify your application status directly with the government system.

Visit Your BOP Branch
If selected, visit your nearest Bank of Punjab branch with your original CNIC, guarantor documents, and university enrollment certificate to complete verification.
After BOP verification, you will choose a bike model from the official catalogue, pay the down payment, and take delivery from an authorized dealer in your city.

The e-balloting results are subject to the final order of the Honorable Lahore High Court, Lahore. Additionally, being on the successful list does not guarantee a bike — you must pass BOP financial verification, which includes an ECIB credit check and guarantor verification. Only after passing these steps will a bike be allocated to you.
If you are on the waiting list, you were not selected in the initial e-ballot but remain eligible for allocation if selected applicants fail BOP verification, decline delivery, or become ineligible for any reason. Keep all your documents ready and check the official portal regularly for updates.
First, verify your application status on the official portal at bikes.punjab.gov.pk using your CNIC. If your status shows “under review,” it may still be processed. If it shows “rejected” or “not eligible,” contact the helpline at 042-111-333-267 for clarification. Phase 2 of the scheme may open additional slots in more cities.
For BOP verification, bring your original CNIC, current university/college enrollment certificate, guarantor’s original CNIC, and the guarantor’s salary slip or proof of income. Check with your BOP branch for any additional documents they may require in your district.
